The EFPIA Code

The Bracco Group is committed to the principle of transparency through the disclosure of the“Transfers of Value” Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations, ensuring high standards of integrity that patients, governments and other stakeholders expect.

EFPIA recognizes that interactions between the industry and healthcare professionals can create the potential for conflicts of interest. Consequently, professional and industry associations, including EFPIA and its member associations, have adopted codes and guidelines to ensure that these interactions meet the high standards of integrity that patients, governments and other stakeholders expect.

Bracco Group has given an undertaking of transparency in its relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) and in compliance with the EFPIA HCP/HCO Disclosure Code it is required to publicly disclose all transfers of value in your favor or for your benefit under the applicable national code implementing the EFPIA Code on the reporting of transfers of value from pharmaceutical companies to healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.
Bracco sets the necessary reporting tools to disclose the transfer of value to the HCP (Healthcare Professional) and HCO (Healthcare Organization).
